TruNorth Homes was created when Garrison decided to take a leap of faith and leave corporate America to start his long time dream, his own homebuilding company. Garrison and Lauren are deeply passionate about the homebuilding process and are fortunate to be able to share this enthusiasm together everyday.

Garrison has been in the residential construction industry for over 15 years working in the Charlotte area with national homebuilders. Garrison is a General Contractor with a heart for construction. He is passionate about every detail in the build process and that makes his quality far superior to others. Lauren has a passion to choose floorplans for the modern family/ individual and to design the interior of the home with stylish, up to date finishes.

Garrison (a life long resident of NC!) and Lauren (lived in Mooresville most of her life) live in Mooresville currently with their two sons. TruNorth is your internal compass, true only to you, and when you find it you are finally home!
